I am incredibly grateful for the transformative experience I had during the 3 months of parent coaching with you. It has truly been a life-changing journey, one that has brought answers to my concerns, eased my anxieties, and instilled confidence back into my role as a working mom and a mom of two toddler girls.
Throughout the coaching process, Coach Ting provided invaluable guidance and support, helping me navigate the challenges of balancing work and motherhood. Coach Ting's ability to understand and empathize with my struggles was truly remarkable. I felt heard, and understood, which made a world of difference in overcoming my self-guiltiness, and insecurities.
What I enjoyed best about having my coach were the personalized approach and tailored advice. She took the time to understand my unique situation patiently, including the different backgrounds my husband and I come from. This allowed us to address any conflicts and ensure that our parenting fundamentals were strong and aligned. Coach Ting's expertise and ability to bridge the gaps between our different perspectives were instrumental in fostering harmony and understanding within our family.
There were several standout moments during our coaching sessions that I will always cherish. Especially when Coach Ting helped me recognize and celebrate my strengths as a working mom. She reminded me of the positive impact I was making on my child's life and encouraged me to embrace my accomplishments.
Thanks to the guidance and encouragement of my coach, I can confidently say that I have witnessed a significant transformation within myself. I have learned to trust my instincts, make decisions without second-guessing myself, and embrace the journey of parenthood with a newfound sense of self-assurance.

Without a doubt, I would recommend (to the fullest) this parent coaching journey to others. It has been an invaluable investment in my personal growth and family dynamics. The guidance, support, and practical strategies provided by my coach have equipped me with the tools and confidence to navigate the challenges of parenting with grace and resilience.
To my coach, thank you for going above and beyond in helping me become the best version of myself as a working mom. I am forever grateful for the positive changes you have brought about in my journey as a parent.

Poh Ling (Full-Time Stay-Home Mum with 2 Boys)
As I became a stay home mum after working for more than a decade, parent coaching sessions with Wan Ting came at the right time to shape me to be a better mother. Her sessions have helped me become more confident in parenting and supporting my children's learning and development. I like how Wan Ting asked me questions to think deeper, offer suggestions from a different perspective, encourage and affirm me of what I am doing. When she said I was creative with the different ideas to engage my children, I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely didn't see that as a strength of mine! I always look forward to the sessions with her as she helps me to see what's working well for me and my children. Her summary of each of our sessions have clear key points for me to refer back to, and it serves as a guide for me to reflect during the week. Highly recommending parent coaching sessions with Wan Ting as one will see themselves becoming more confident in supporting their children's needs.

Wan Ting is a very patient parent coach. She listens with empathy and tries to understand the parent-child issues that arises from your point of view. She provides another perspective using her vast teaching experiences to assist you to understand your child’s behaviors better. With that understanding, she provides simple suggestions that parents can execute easily. One such example will be the establishment and adjustment of a timetable at different stages and the idea of a reward system. Her style of coaching is always to ensure parent and child establishes open communication where parents seek clarity from the child by asking questions instead of jumping to conclusion- this is one where parents know they must do but often neglected when frustrations kicks in. All in all, any parents who are willingly to improve their current parenting style can approach Wan Ting and you will be surprised at the paradigm shift that she can provide!

Can’t believe 10 weeks of coaching zoomed past so quickly!
There has been two important keywords in this coaching journey which has contributed to a shift in my motherhood philosophy - self-acceptance & self-awareness. Through the entire coaching process, I have come to embrace my parenting style and to better align it to the values I believe and hold through to. This has resulted in me gaining more confidence of my role in our family, as well as a better appreciation of everyone’s role in our family. It was also very important for me to be more aware of my emotions and triggers to brainstorm on ways to help me stay calm, with solutions that are appropriate for my temperament.

First and foremost, I am so thankful that you’re always there to support and not judge me for all the lacking I have as a mother. Instead, you were there to provide an alternative viewpoint and constantly reminded me that every little step to better myself is important and those little small steps in itself is actually a big step! You also pointed traits which are in my blind spot; for example, that I am creative - which I previously would have never thought of describing myself - and gave me ways on how I can flex this strength on mine to better parent my kids.

One of the most impactful moments was doing the quiz to find out my parenting style and how it is actually well aligned to the values which are important to me. That was a big step in my self-acceptance journey which helped me embrace my role better. It was one of the key factor which resulted in the gain in confidence of my role as a stay-home mother and saw the value of my role in the family.

And, definitely! I would say the 10 weeks of coaching is a journey to a lifetime of constantly being a work-in-progress. The coaching process has helped to build a strong foundation to enable me with the skills to parent the kids better as they grow up.

This whole experience has changed the way I see Parent Coaching are . Not only did she help me to change the way I communicate with my children but as well as my husband. This Parent Coaching helped to look at my children in better perception as well as trying to understand how they are feeling at that the point of communication. Not only that, but she also helped to reaffirm my decision as well as giving me other options to look at, so as I can well manage in case that my solution might not work as expected. She also helped to give soft approach suggestion on how I can manage my children.
In every session , not only did we work on how I could be a better communicator at home, she also always reminds me on how I should always take the opportunity to treasure and remember the moments and emotions that come with it.
This Parent Coaching changed how I do things, balancing my work, house chores, my "me time", as well as the time I spend with my family. And to be a better parent, I learnt that I should first learn to love myself and exude positivity in my behaviour as well my character. I learnt to not to put stress or pressure on myself just to meet up with expectation and to allow some allowance when things do not go the way I want it to be.
I enjoyed my every session and always looking forward to another. This session is not like a normal conversation, it is an extraordinary sharing session in which I developed a sense of accomplishment the way I look at things and how I do my things. And I will definitely share this wonderful experience to anyone who might need a little bit of help.
I have learnt a lot and I hope I can continue to spread excellent positivity to my family.
